The Meesho Supplier Panel at supplier.meesho.com is where you run your entire Meesho business: uploading catalogs, accepting orders, printing labels, reading payments, filing claims and watching account health. There are around a dozen sections in the left menu, but only five decide whether you make money. This is a walkthrough of all of them, and an honest note on which ones you can ignore.

The five screens that actually matter

If you only ever open five things, open these:

ScreenWhat it tells youHow often
OrdersWhat to pack todayDaily
PaymentsWhat Meesho actually paid you, and what it deductedWeekly
ReturnsWhy products are coming backWeekly
QualityWhether your listings are about to lose visibilityWeekly
Catalog UploadsAdding and fixing productsAs needed

Everything else in the panel is either occasional or optional. New sellers lose time exploring the whole menu when four screens and one habit would serve them better.

Getting in

Go to supplier.meesho.com and sign in with the mobile number you registered with. Meesho sends an OTP - there is no password by default, which is worth knowing if you are hunting for one.

If you have not registered yet, that process is covered step by step in how to sell on Meesho, including the option to start without a GST number using an Enrolment ID.

The panel works on a phone browser, but catalog uploads and payment reports are much easier on a laptop. There is also a Meesho seller app for order management on the go.

Home: the to-do list

The landing screen shows a To Do List with tiles: Pending Orders, Download Labels, Out of Stock, Low Stock and any notices Meesho wants you to see.

Two of those tiles matter more than they look. Out of Stock and Low Stock quietly kill listings - a product that goes out of stock loses the ranking momentum it took weeks to build, and getting it back is slower than keeping it. Check these before you check your sales.

Below the tiles sits Business Insights, a summary of views, clicks, orders and sales. Useful at a glance, but the real detail lives in the Business Dashboard, covered further down.

Orders: your daily loop

This is where you will spend most of your working time. The tabs run in the order work actually happens:

  1. Pending - accepted orders waiting to be packed
  2. Ready to Ship - labelled and manifested, waiting for pickup
  3. Shipped - handed to the courier
  4. Cancelled and On Hold - exactly what they sound like

The daily loop is short: open Pending, download the labels and invoices in one batch, pack, stick the label flat, hand over at pickup. Meesho generates the label; you never fill in courier paperwork yourself.

Two things that catch new sellers:

  • Accept within the time window. Late acceptance and cancellation both hurt your account health, and cancellations are the more expensive of the two.
  • Print labels in bulk, not one by one. The download option is right there and it saves an hour a week once you cross twenty orders a day.

Orders occasionally land in On Hold, usually a courier-side issue rather than anything you did. They normally clear back to Pending on their own.

Payments: the screen most sellers avoid

Open Payments and you get two views: upcoming payments, and completed payments with an order-level breakdown.

The order-level breakdown is the most useful screen in the entire panel, and most sellers never open it. It itemises, per order, exactly what Meesho paid you and what it deducted: shipping charge, 18% GST on that fee, reverse shipping when a customer returned something, ads cost, and any recoveries.

This is the screen that tells you whether your pricing is actually working. Not your sales number - your settlement number.

Two things to do here, once a month:

Check one real order against your assumptions. Take a product you think makes ₹80 profit, find a delivered order for it, and read what actually landed. The gap between the two is your pricing error.

Read your reverse shipping line. Returns are where Meesho sellers lose money, and the amounts are higher than most published guides admit. The full breakdown is in Meesho return charges and RTO, and every other deduction is itemised in Meesho seller fees explained.

Payments arrive on roughly a 7-day cycle after delivery, which is the fastest among the big three marketplaces.

Returns and Claims: the money you are not claiming

Returns shows what came back and why. The return reasons report is the single most actionable thing in the panel and almost nobody reads it weekly. Fix the top reason, wait 200 orders, look again. That loop is most of the job.

Claims is next to it, and it is where you raise a case when a return arrives used, swapped for something else, or as an empty packet. Small sellers massively under-use this.

What makes a claim winnable:

  • Film every return parcel in one continuous clip - label visible, all sides sealed, then open it
  • Raise it the same day, because the window is short
  • Attach photos of the product, packaging and shipping label

Compensation is usually based on an assessed value rather than your full selling price, and claims without evidence mostly fail. The sellers who get paid are the ones who film every parcel.

Catalog Uploads: adding products

Catalog Upload offers single catalogs and bulk upload. A catalog is one product with its variations - sizes, colours - not one product per listing.

For your first twenty products, use Add Single Catalog. Bulk upload via spreadsheet only pays off once you are adding fifty at a time, and the error messages on a failed bulk file are genuinely painful.

Two fields decide whether the listing works:

  • Attributes. Fabric, occasion, colour, pattern. Meesho's filters run on these, so an empty field means you disappear from filtered search results.
  • Size chart. Measure three real pieces from your own stock and publish those inches. Wrong sizing is the biggest return reason in apparel, and returns are expensive.

Image Bulk Upload sits nearby and is for replacing photos across existing catalogs without redoing the listing.

Quality: the section that costs you silently

Quality shows listing issues, suppressed products and anything Meesho wants corrected. It is easy to ignore because nothing dramatic happens when you do - your products simply stop showing up.

Check it weekly. A suppressed listing earns nothing and gives you no warning beyond this screen.

Pricing, Inventory and Price Update

Pricing shows Meesho's price recommendations. These are worth reading and not worth following blindly - Meesho's incentive is order volume, yours is profit per order. A recommendation that increases orders while pushing you below your real floor price is a bad trade.

Work out your actual floor first: product cost + packaging + shipping + 18% GST on fees + a realistic return buffer. Our free Meesho profit calculator does the arithmetic, including the return rate most sellers underestimate.

Inventory is where you keep stock counts honest. Overselling causes cancellations, and cancellations hurt account health more than almost anything else you can do.

Business Dashboard: the numbers that matter monthly

Under the growth section you will find Business Dashboard, with a date range selector - Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Custom.

It reports Total Views, Total Clicks, Total Orders, Conversion Rate, Total Sales and Return Percentage.

The two worth watching together are views and conversion rate, because they tell you different problems:

  • Low views, decent conversion - a visibility problem. Your listing works when people find it; they are not finding it. Attributes, keywords, price band.
  • High views, low conversion - a listing problem. People are finding you and choosing someone else. Photos, price, ratings.

Most sellers only look at sales, which tells you that something is wrong but never which thing.

Advertisement and promotions

Advertisement runs sponsored campaigns. Genuinely useful, and the fastest way to waste money if you switch it on before a product is proven.

The order that works: get a product selling organically, confirm it makes money at your real return rate, then advertise it. Advertising a product with thin margins just means paying to lose money faster.

Other tiles like Influencer Marketing, Instant Cash and various promotional programmes appear alongside it. None are needed to run a profitable account.

What you can safely ignore at first

Being honest about this saves more time than any tip above. In your first month you do not need Warehouse, Influencer Marketing, Instant Cash, Pay Later, or most of the Boost Sales section. They are real features; they are not your bottleneck.

Your bottleneck in month one is having enough good catalogs live at the right price. Everything else is a distraction from that.

The weekly habit

Fifteen minutes, once a week, on these five things:

  1. Payments - read one order-level breakdown
  2. Returns - read the top return reason
  3. Quality - clear anything flagged
  4. Inventory - fix low and out-of-stock
  5. Business Dashboard - views and conversion rate, last 30 days

That is the entire discipline. Sellers who do this outperform sellers who upload more catalogs, because they find out what is broken while it is still cheap to fix.

Payments, then the order-level breakdown. It itemises shipping, 18% GST on fees, reverse shipping on returns, ads cost and recoveries, per order. Your sales number and your settlement number are not the same thing.

Why are my products not showing on Meesho?

Check the Quality section first - suppressed listings and unresolved catalog issues stop products appearing, usually with no other warning. After that, check whether attributes are complete, since incomplete attributes remove you from filtered search results.

Is there a Meesho seller app?

Yes, for order management and dashboards on the go. Catalog uploads and payment reports are far easier on a laptop browser.

How often should I check the Supplier Panel?

Orders daily, because packing is time-sensitive. Payments, Returns, Quality, Inventory and the Business Dashboard once a week. Fifteen minutes weekly is enough for most small sellers.
