Meesho Seller Account Blocked? How to Unblock It (2026)

If your Meesho seller account is blocked, first read the exact notice in your Supplier Panel and email, because the fix depends on the reason. Then correct the cause (KYC, GST or bank details, listings, or performance), raise one ticket from Support in the Supplier Panel with documents and a short plan of action, and follow up on that same ticket. Never open a second account while the first is blocked. That is the one move that can turn a fixable block into a permanent one.

There is no guaranteed timeline and no guaranteed result. Anyone who promises "100% account unblock" for a fee is selling hope. What you can control is sending a clear, complete case the first time.

First: blocked, deactivated or just a catalog?

Sellers use "blocked" for different things. Each has a different fix.

If only some catalogs are blocked, stop here and use the catalogue guide. The appeal is different.

Step 1: Check the notice is real

Scammers send fake "account suspended" emails and WhatsApp messages with links to "verify" your account or pay a "reactivation fee". Before you do anything:

  • Log in only by typing supplier.meesho.com yourself. Do not use a link from a message.
  • Check whether the panel itself shows the block. If the panel is normal, the message is fake.
  • The official route is a support ticket from your own panel, and raising it is free. Never share your OTP or password with anyone.

Step 2: Find the actual reason

Look in three places:

  1. The Supplier Panel: the notice on the home screen and the notifications.
  2. Your registered email, including spam, for a message from Meesho.
  3. Each blocked catalog's own status, if catalogs show a reason.

Write the reason down in one line. Your whole appeal is built on it.

The common reasons, and what fixes each

1. KYC, GST or bank details do not match

Signs: the block came soon after registration or after you changed details. Fix: make sure your name, GSTIN or Enrolment ID, PAN and bank account holder name match exactly. A bank account in a different name from the GST registration is a common cause. Keep a cancelled cheque or bank letter ready.

2. Poor order performance

Signs: many cancellations, late dispatches, or high returns in recent weeks. Fix: show what changed. More stock, a stock-check routine, a packing helper, a dispatch cut-off time. Our Meesho penalties guide explains how these are counted.

3. Product quality and ratings

Signs: catalogs blocked one after another before the account went. Fix: remove or fix the products with the most 1 and 2 star ratings. Check where you stand with the free Meesho quality score calculator.

4. Brand, copyright or fake products

Signs: a notice about IP, brand or counterfeit products. Fix: delete every listing that uses a brand, logo or design you do not own, including photos copied from other sellers. If you are allowed to sell a brand, attach the authorisation letter or invoices from the brand.

5. Duplicate catalogs or multiple accounts

Signs: a notice about duplicate listings, or a second account linked to the same person, PAN, phone or bank account. Fix: delete the duplicates and be honest about any second account in your ticket. Duplicate and linked accounts are treated as one of the most serious problems, so this is not something to hide.

6. Prohibited products

Signs: a notice about restricted or banned items. Fix: remove every such listing and confirm in the ticket that you will not list them again.

Step 3: Fix the cause before you write anything

An appeal that says "sorry, I will follow the rules" without showing a change rarely works. Do the work first:

  • Correct the documents or bank details.
  • Delete or fix the problem listings, and note their IDs.
  • Dispatch every pending order on time. A block does not cancel orders already placed, and cancelling them makes things worse.
  • Write down the changes you made to stop it happening again.

Step 4: Raise one ticket with a plan of action

  1. In the Supplier Panel, click Support.
  2. Choose the issue closest to your case (account, KYC, or catalog and pricing).
  3. Click Raise a Ticket and write your plan of action (template below).
  4. Attach the documents that prove the fix: GST certificate, PAN, cancelled cheque, brand authorisation, invoices from your supplier, as relevant.
  5. Submit and note the ticket number.
  6. Check My Tickets every day and reply on the same ticket. Opening many tickets for one problem slows things down.

Plan of action template

Supplier ID: [ID] Registered name: [name]

What happened: Our account was blocked on [date] for [reason in the notice].

Why it happened: [One or two honest lines. For example: our bank account was in a family member's name, which did not match our GST registration.]

What we have fixed: [List each action. For example: updated the bank account to one in the registered business name, attached cancelled cheque; deleted catalog IDs 1234, 5678 that used a brand logo we do not own.]

How we will prevent it: [For example: we check stock every morning before accepting orders; we only list products we make or buy with invoices.]

Documents attached: [list]

We request you to review and reactivate our account. Thank you.

Keep it short and factual. A reviewer reads many of these. Clear facts and proof beat long apologies.

Step 5: While you wait

  • Do not open a new account with another phone number, PAN or family member's details. Linked accounts are usually found, and it can end both.
  • Do not pay agents who claim inside contacts at Meesho.
  • Keep shipping pending orders and handling returns.
  • Use the time: fix photos, size charts and pricing so the account is stronger if it comes back.

Sellers report that reviews take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. If nothing moves for a long time, reply on the same ticket with the ticket number and a short reminder.

If the block is permanent

Some blocks are not reversed, especially for counterfeit products or repeated duplicate accounts. If Meesho confirms the decision is final:

  • Settle pending payments and returns through the panel.
  • Do not try to come back under another identity on Meesho.
  • Learn from what caused it before selling on another platform. The same problems (brand misuse, poor quality, late dispatch) get accounts blocked on Amazon and Flipkart too. Our Meesho vs Amazon guide compares the rules.

How to avoid a block in the first place

  • Register with documents that match each other exactly.
  • Sell only products you can source with invoices and no brand you do not own.
  • Never run more than one account.
  • Accept only orders you have stock for, and dispatch on time.
  • Watch your quality score and returns every week.

If you would rather have someone watch the panel for you, our Meesho account management service handles listings, orders and tickets for sellers.

FAQ

Meesho account unblock kaise kare?

Pehle panel aur email mein block ka reason padho. Us problem ko theek karo, jaise KYC ya bank details, galat listings, ya late dispatch. Phir Support se ek ticket raise karo, plan of action likho aur documents lagao. Usi ticket par follow up karo, naya account mat banao.

How long does Meesho take to reactivate a blocked account?

There is no fixed time. Sellers report anything from a few days to a few weeks, and some blocks are not reversed. A complete first ticket with proof is the fastest route.

Can I make a new Meesho account if my old one is blocked?

No. Running another account while one is blocked can make the block permanent and get the new account closed too.

Will I get my pending payment if my account is blocked?

Check the Payments section of the panel for what is still outstanding on delivered orders, and ask about anything held on the same ticket. Our payment cycle guide explains the normal dates.

Someone is asking for money to unblock my Meesho account. Is it real?

Treat it as a scam. The official route is a free ticket from your own Supplier Panel, and no agent can guarantee a result. Never share your login, OTP or bank details.

My account was deactivated by me. How do I start again?

If you paused or deactivated it yourself, log back in at supplier.meesho.com and switch selling back on. Update your stock before turning catalogs on.
