This policy explains what information EcomVanshika ("we", "us", ecomvanshika.com) collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language because that is how we do everything.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, phone number or email, and message when you fill an inquiry or contact form; your email when you download a free resource; your email and password when you create an account to access a purchased course (passwords are stored securely by our authentication provider, never visible to us); and your order details when you buy a course, ebook or service.

Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or banking details go directly to Razorpay and are never stored on our servers. We receive only the payment status, amount and a transaction reference.

Collected automatically: like most websites, we use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity) that use cookies to understand how visitors use the site - pages visited, approximate location, device type. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally to us.

How we use it

To deliver what you asked for: unlocking your purchased courses and ebooks, replying to your inquiries, and sending the resources you requested. To send you useful emails about selling online and our products if you have shared your email (you can unsubscribe with one click in any email). To improve the site by understanding what content helps people. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who processes data for us

We use trusted service providers to run the site, each receiving only what they need: Razorpay (payments), Supabase (accounts and purchase records), Brevo (emails), Bunny Stream (course video delivery), Cloudflare (file delivery), Vercel (website hosting), Google Analytics, Meta and Microsoft Clarity (analytics). Some providers may process data outside India under their own safeguards.

Cookies

We use cookies for keeping you logged in to your course dashboard and for the analytics described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though you may need to log in again.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. To make any request, reach us through the contact page or email hello@ecomvanshika.com, and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can. We retain purchase records as required for accounting and legal compliance.

Other things worth knowing

Our products and services are intended for adults (18+). We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, though no internet service can guarantee absolute security. If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new date. This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
