Meesho Label Cropper

Meesho gives you one A4 page per order, with the label on top and the tax invoice below. Drop that PDF here to strip the invoice, group the labels so packing runs in one pass, and get back a file sized for your printer. Nothing is uploaded - it all happens in your browser.

Why Meesho labels waste so much paper

Meesho gives you one A4 page per order: the shipping label on the top half, the tax invoice on the bottom. If you do not enclose invoices in your parcels - and most sellers do not - then every page you print is half rubbish.

At 40 orders a day that is 40 sheets where 20 would do, every day, plus the time spent trimming each one with scissors. The label itself is the only part the courier needs.

What this tool does

It reads your label PDF, finds where the label ends and the invoice begins on each page individually, and rebuilds a clean file with just the labels. It also reads the product, courier and payment type off every label so it can group them sensibly.

The per-page part matters. That boundary is not in the same place on every page, which is why cropping at a fixed height leaves half an invoice on some labels and cuts the barcode off others.

Sorting is the part that saves time

Cropping saves paper. Sorting saves your evening.

In the batch Meesho hands you, orders arrive in whatever sequence they were placed. Ten orders of the same product are scattered across the pile, so you walk to that shelf ten times. Group them and you go once.

The tool shows you a coloured strip of your batch before and after sorting, with a count of how many times you would switch products while packing. On a typical batch that number drops sharply, and it is the single clearest picture of what you are saving.

You can group by:

  • Product (SKU) - biggest run first. Best for most sellers.
  • Courier partner - keeps Valmo, Delhivery and Shadowfax in separate stacks, which makes handover faster.
  • COD or prepaid - puts every cash-on-delivery parcel together so the money side is handled once.

Print options

OptionBest for
4 x 6 inch thermal rollAnyone with a thermal printer. No trimming at all.
A4, two per sheetHalf the paper, no shrinking. The safe default on a normal printer.
A4, four per sheetMost paper saved. Barcodes get small - test one sheet first.
Crop onlySame page size as Meesho, invoice removed, order untouched.

One thing to get right

Print at 100% or Actual Size. Every printer dialog defaults to something like Fit to Page, which quietly rescales the page - and rescaling changes the width of the barcode bars. A barcode that will not scan at the courier hub is a delayed shipment and a hit to your account health, which costs far more than the paper you saved.

Your data stays with you

A Meesho label PDF contains customer names, phone numbers and full delivery addresses. That is exactly the kind of file you should not be uploading to a random website.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. The file is read in the tab, the new PDF is built in the tab, and the download comes from the tab. Nothing is sent to us, which means there is nothing for us to store, sell or lose. You can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and it will still work.

Label cropper - frequently asked questions

Is my label PDF uploaded anywhere?+

No. The file is read inside your browser tab and never leaves your device. That matters more than usual here, because a Meesho label PDF contains your customers’ names, phone numbers and full delivery addresses. Nothing is sent to a server, so there is nothing for us to store or lose.

How do I get the label PDF from Meesho?+

In the Supplier Panel, open Orders, select the orders you are packing, and use the bulk download for labels. Meesho gives you one A4 page per order with the shipping label on top and the tax invoice below. That is the file this tool expects.

Why does the tool remove the tax invoice?+

Most sellers do not enclose the invoice in the parcel, so half of every A4 sheet is wasted. Cropping it away lets you fit two or four labels on one sheet, or print to a thermal roll. If you do enclose invoices, tick "Keep the tax invoice" and the page stays whole.

Meesho label crop kaise kare?+

Supplier Panel se labels ka PDF download karo, use is page par drop karo, phir choose karo ki labels kaise group hon aur kis size par print karna hai. Tool invoice hata kar ek naya PDF bana deta hai. File aapke browser mein hi rehti hai, kahin upload nahi hoti.

What does sorting by product actually save me?+

Packing time. If ten orders of the same kurti are scattered through the batch, you pick that product up ten separate times. Grouped together, you pick it up once. The tool shows you the number of switches before and after sorting, so you can see the difference on your own batch.

Will the barcodes still scan after cropping?+

Yes, provided you print at 100% or Actual Size. Do not use Fit to Page - it rescales the bars and couriers may fail to scan them. If you choose four labels per A4 sheet, print one test sheet and scan it before running the whole batch.

Does it work with a thermal printer?+

Yes. The 4 x 6 inch option sizes each label for a standard thermal roll and rotates it to fill the sticker. That is the cleanest output if you have a thermal printer, because there is no paper to trim.

Can I combine labels from more than one seller account?+

Yes. Drop several PDFs at once and they are read into a single batch, then sorted together. Useful if you run more than one Meesho account and pack them in one sitting.
