Sticker sheets come in fixed grids, but orders do not. Print seven labels on a 24-label sheet and seventeen stickers are left. Most printing software can only start from the top left corner, so those leftovers usually go in the bin or get cut out by hand.
This tool lets you tell it which slots are still free. The labels go into exactly those slots, so the same sheet can go back into the printer tomorrow until every sticker is used.
Pick the right sheet for a shipping label
A shipping label carries a barcode the courier has to scan. On a 65-label sheet each slot is roughly 38 by 21 mm, which is small for a full label, so it works best for short labels. The 24 and 12 label sheets give each label far more room. When in doubt, use the bigger slot and print one test sheet.
Keep Crop to the shipping label first switched on for Meesho files. A Meesho page has the label on top and the tax invoice below, and fitting the whole page into a small slot shrinks the barcode past the point a scanner can read it.
Print settings that matter
100% or Actual Size, never Fit to Page. Rescaling moves every label off its sticker and changes barcode bar widths, and a barcode that fails at the courier hub delays the shipment and counts against your account health.
If you are printing on plain A4 instead of stickers, the Meesho label cropper is the faster route: it strips the invoice, sorts labels by product and prints 2 or 4 to a sheet or straight to a 4x6 thermal roll.
Frequently asked questions
Which sticker sheets does this support?+
The common A4 sheets sold in India: 65 labels (5 by 13), 40 labels (4 by 10), 24 labels (3 by 8) and 12 labels (3 by 4). Pick yours from the list and the tool shows the size of each slot in millimetres.
Can I use a sheet that is already half used?+
Yes, that is the main point of the tool. Tap only the slots that still have stickers on them and the labels are placed into those slots, in the order shown by the small numbers. Nothing lands on an empty patch of backing paper.
Will the barcode still scan on a small sticker?+
On the 24 and 12 label sheets it usually does. On 65 and 40 label sheets the slots are small, so keep "Crop to the shipping label first" switched on, print at 100 percent or Actual Size, and scan one test sheet before running the batch.
Is my label file uploaded anywhere?+
No. Everything runs inside your browser tab, which matters because label files contain customer names, phone numbers and addresses.
Can I use this for Amazon or Flipkart labels?+
Yes for the layout, which works with any PDF. The automatic crop is set for Meesho, where the label sits in the top half of each page, so switch the crop off for other platforms and the whole page is placed instead.
I just want 2 or 4 labels on plain A4. Which tool?+
