Why Amazon labels are slow to pack
Amazon gives you the shipping label on one A4 page and the tax invoice on the next. The label is printed as a picture and does not show what is inside the parcel, so you keep flipping to the invoice to check the SKU and size.
This tool keeps the labels, drops the invoice pages, and prints the SKU, size and quantity from each invoice in a strip under its label. One sticker tells you what to pack and where it goes.
How to use it
- Download the Amazon label PDF for the orders you are packing today.
- Drop it in the box above. You can drop files from more than one seller account together.
- Check the pick list, choose the print size, and press Make my PDF.
- Print at 100% or Actual Size and test one barcode before the full batch.
Pack faster with the pick list
Before you print, the tool lists every SKU in the batch with the total pieces and orders. Pull all the stock off the shelf in one round, then pack with labels sorted by SKU so the same product comes together. The A4 pick list also counts packages per seller account, which helps when you hand over to the courier.
Your data stays with you

Is my label PDF uploaded anywhere?+
No. The file is read inside your browser tab and never leaves your device. A label PDF has your customers’ names, phone numbers and full addresses, so it should not go to a random website. Nothing is sent to a server, so there is nothing for us to store or lose.
Which Amazon PDF does this tool need?+
The label and invoice PDF you download from Seller Central for Easy Ship or Self Ship orders. In that file each shipping label is followed by its tax invoice. Keep labels and invoices in the same file: the SKU and quantity are only printed on the invoice, so the tool reads them from there.
How does it know which SKU goes with which label?+
Amazon prints the label as a picture, so there is no text on it to read. The invoice right after each label belongs to the same order, so the tool pairs them in page order and takes the SKU, size and quantity from that invoice. If an invoice runs to two pages, both pages are read.

Do I still need to put the invoice in the parcel?+
That depends on your own process and what Amazon asks of your account. This tool only builds the label file. If you enclose invoices, print them separately from the original PDF.
Will the barcodes still scan?+
Yes, as long as you print at 100% or Actual Size. Fit to Page rescales the bars and couriers may fail to scan them. Print one test label and scan it before you run the whole batch.
Can I add a thank-you line on top of each label?+
Yes. Type it in "Line above the label" and it is printed in small text above every label. Leave it empty if you do not want it.
