Why Flipkart labels waste paper
Flipkart gives you one A4 page per order. The label is a narrow box at the top, with wide empty margins on both sides and the tax invoice below it. On a thermal printer that page does not fit a 4 x 6 sticker at all.
This tool cuts out just the label box on every page and adds a strip with the SKU, size and quantity under it, so you can pack from the label alone.
How to use it
- Download the Flipkart label PDF for the orders you are packing today.
- Drop it in the box above. You can drop files from more than one seller account together.
- Check the pick list, choose the print size, and press Make my PDF.
- Print at 100% or Actual Size and test one barcode before the full batch.
Pack faster with the pick list
Before you print, the tool lists every SKU in the batch with the total pieces and orders. Pull all the stock off the shelf in one round, then pack with labels sorted by SKU so the same product comes together. The A4 pick list also counts packages per seller account, which helps when you hand over to the courier.
Your data stays with you

Is my label PDF uploaded anywhere?+
No. The file is read inside your browser tab and never leaves your device. A label PDF has your customers’ names, phone numbers and full addresses, so it should not go to a random website. Nothing is sent to a server, so there is nothing for us to store or lose.
Which Flipkart PDF does this tool need?+
The labels PDF you download from Flipkart Seller Hub for your active orders. Flipkart gives one A4 page per order, with a narrow shipping label at the top and the tax invoice below. Drop that file as it is.
What does the tool cut away?+
Everything outside the label box: the empty margins on both sides and the tax invoice below. You get only the label, either at its original size or fitted to a 4 x 6 inch thermal sticker, with a strip under it showing the SKU, size and quantity. Flipkart asks sellers to pack the invoice inside the parcel, so keep the original PDF and print the invoices from it.

Will the barcodes still scan?+
Yes, as long as you print at 100% or Actual Size. Fit to Page rescales the bars and couriers may fail to scan them. Print one test label and scan it before you run the whole batch.
Why is the quantity box black on some labels?+
That label has more than one piece in the parcel. The box is printed in reverse so the packer does not send one piece when the customer ordered two.
